Linear Elastomeric Sealing Elements - O-Ring Cord
Precision-extruded O-Ring Cord represents the most flexible and cost-effective solution for the static sealing of large diameters or custom non-standard flanges, bypassing the need for expensive dedicated tooling and molds. Supplied in spools or custom cut-lengths, it enables custom-made seal manufacturing directly on site or via professional vulcanization at our facility.

Splicing & joining techniques
Hot Vulcanization
Performed directly at SYNERTECH's facility using uncured liquid raw compound of the same base polymer and localized heat-mold splicing. Preserves 85-90% of the cord's original tensile strength.
Cold Structural Bonding
Ideal for rapid maintenance and emergency retrofitting directly on-site via professional fast-curing cyanoacrylate adhesives.
